We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Employee Relations Advisor to support manufacturing sites across the West Midlands, with a focus on absence management and employee well-being.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in HR and Employee Relations, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support short and long-term absence cases across manufacturing operations
• Work with managers and Occupational Health to improve attendance and employee well-being
• Assist with absence management training and policy improvements
• Support reporting and data analysis relating to absence trends
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR and operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the ER team

About You

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Resilient, proactive and eager to learn
• Manufacturing, HR or administration experience is beneficial but not essential
• Interest in developing a career within Employee Relations or HR
